Nintendo 3DS

Okay, so I've wanted the Nintendo 3DS for quite a while now. I thought it was going to be really cool, 3D with no glasses! My first reaction was "OMG this is going to be awesome!". Even though it is very expensive- near £200- I thought I would get it anyway because it would be too amazing to miss. I thought the 3DS was incredible until my Mum read an article in the newspaper. It was about the side effects of playing on the 3DS and how many people were complaining about it and wanting ther money back. It said that the 3DS can damage eye sight, cause seizures and cause headaches. It also has a sign on the box of the 3DS saying that it is not sutible for children under the age of 6. Now I don't know about you but I think that 6 years old is quite old for having to have a warning sign stating that it could damage their eye sight. It also says that you should take brakes from the 3DS every 15 minutes or so, now if you're a gamer I now that they might want to play for hours on end without having to switch on and off from 3D mode. I saw the 3DS at the shop Game and after around 30 seconds of looking at the 3D screen my eyes hurt, also it looked rubbish. It wasn't 3D at all, I felt like I was going crazy and was seeing double! In conclusion I advise you not to go and spend your money on a device that dosen't work properly and might cost you more than a few visits to the doctor. I will certainly not be purchasing the Nintendo 3DS.
